CREATIVE COACHING AND THERAPY

I offer unconditional presence, a safe creative and expressive space where whatever troubles you most can be held, heard and witnessed. I work with you practically towards insight, growth, healing and success.

 

I am a Senior Creative Arts Therapist and Transformational Life Coach with over 10 years of experience. Working within adult mental health services, primary, secondary, sixth form colleges and in private practice throughout London and Sussex. I am registered with the Health and care professions council (HCPC).

I offer one-to-one coaching or blended creative therapy and coaching sessions via video platform.

I work with adults, children and adolescents.

 

MY APPROACH

TRANSFORMATIONAL LIFE COACHING

You might be in a transitional stage in your life, have empty nest syndrome, or be working towards a career goal. You could be highly creative but are scared of exploring it or be working on a confidence issue that's holding you back.

Creative Coaching doesn't just help you achieve your goals. It connects you with your core values and beliefs, shines a light on what truly matters to you, and ensures that your aims are aligned with your deepest needs.


I support, guide and challenge you to take action to overcome your obstacles, achieve your aims, and in the process become the best version of yourself. 

BLENDED COACHING AND CREATIVE ARTS THERAPY

Creative Arts Therapy uses metaphor, art, drama and words to explore and express how you're feeling, with powerful results.

You don't have to be able to draw, paint or act to use it, and our sessions don't have to have any of those things. 

We might explore a film that moves you deeply and how that might resonate with your current life experience. 

We might explore the various terrains in your inner landscape, and the different roles you embody during your life.


We might use a simple visual chart to understand your day to day emotions and use it to pinpoint the moments where you most need support.

We might re-imagine the moments you find most challenging, so when they crop up in your life, you can choose a different path.


The distance can allow you to go deeper into your feelings and facilitate shifts and changes in a more lasting way than talking therapy alone.
